IT: Little Tushara didn't have the ambition, just like other kids, to be a doctor or any other such fancied professional when she grew up.

But she knew that she needed to be in an area that is creative.

Tushara who always wanted to be out of the box and learn beyond that had the continued support of her family to realise her dreams and ambitions which made her the co-founder of the Sri Lanka's well known IT company Virtusa.
